If you believe God is leading you to join our faith family, you can do that in several ways. First, you can walk forward during our response time to make this desire known.
However, that can be intimidating! If coming forward and being introduced in front of the church is too uncomfortable, then just contact us and let us know you want to join. One of our staff members will be contact you, and then we will recognize you from your seat in the worship service.
1. By Profession of Faith/Baptism:
For those who have given their lives to Jesus and desire to obey Christ by being baptized by immersion.
2. By letter from another Baptist church:
For those who are followers of Christ, have been baptized by immersion after salvation, and are members in good standing of another Baptist church which will transfer them by letter to OHBC (we will contact your current church and handle transfer of the letter).
3. By statement of faith:
For those who are followers of Christ and have been baptized by immersion after salvation, but are not members of another Baptist church.
